A Lifetime of Experience
Since I was 13 years old, I've been working in the restaurant industry. I started as a bus boy and worked my way up to running one of the most successful restaurants in New York City - Patsy's Italian Restaurant, on 56th Street!

Patsy's was founded by my grandfather in 1944, and has been a New York institution ever since. Since moving on from Patsy's, I've started my own restaurant, IL Sorrento, in the heart of Westchester. It's still early days, but it's off to a great start!
